Mozilla Thunderbird:

Open Thunderbird and go to Tools, account settings, Add Account

Select Email account and next

Enter your name and current email account, then select next.

Select IMAP and enter as your incoming mail server webmail.secureoffice.net select next.

Check incoming user name

Enter a name for your new account ie Work or Home and select Next

Select Finish to save your settings.
